Awakening awareness
Benvivo raises awareness among leaders and decision-makers about health, quality of work life, and respect for the natural environment at territorial level.
Didier Chauffaille founded Benvivo to make kindness, respect for the living world, and cooperation concrete drivers of change for individuals, organizations, and territories.
His journey is grounded in a humanist vision of work and organizations: setting a clear direction, supporting human fulfilment, and placing performance within respect for the living world, ethics, and the long term.
Created in Pau in 2021, the Benvivo association, joined in 2024 by the Benvivo endowment fund, works to awaken the awareness of today’s and tomorrow’s leaders and decision-makers.
Its ambition is to create harmony around management and governance, promote kindness as an essential factor of performance, and develop sustainable better living together within organizations and territories.
